We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return/exchange. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

To start a return, contact us at kendallellis400@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be refunded within 15 days of receipt of your return, subject to third party payment processor refund posting policies.

To start an exchange, contact us at kendallellis400@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the item you would like as a replacement. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Your replacement item will be shipped out within 5 days of receipt of your exchange item.

We do not issue return or exchange labels; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
